Overview

Our 24-hour course teaches important ideas about fairness, equality, and respect (DEI: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity) through fun songs and easy-to-understand lessons. The songs are designed to help young children, especially those in nursery and primary school, learn these values in a way that makes sense to them.

You’ll have 16 weeks to explore all the materials, complete the activities, and, if you like, submit your own brief thoughts about DEI to gain your CPD accreditation.

In this course, we take time to talk about why fairness and respect are so important for everyone, including young children. By teaching these ideas through songs, we make learning fun and memorable.

We cover topics like who we are (identity), how we treat others (discrimination), why sometimes we don’t notice unfairness (unconscious bias), and many more. We also show how understanding these ideas helps us grow as kind and thoughtful people, no matter how young or old we are.

Join us to learn how the words we use, the way we see others, and how we act can make a big difference in creating a world that’s fair for everyone.

The course is available to you for 16 weeks. The content is delivered the three blocks.
